联合脏器切除术及置泵化疗治疗中晚期胃癌17例

Combined devisceration and putting pump for chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer

目的 探讨联合脏器切除术并置泵化疗在治疗中晚期胃癌中的临床价值。方法 总结15年来笔者收治的各种类型胃癌458例,施行各种手术共421例,对其中17例胃癌合并腹内脏器转移者,施行了联合脏器切除术,并于术后施行经门静脉或腹腔置泵化疗。结果 术后随访,平均存活2.1年,治疗效果满意。结论 联合脏器切除术及置泵化疗治疗胃癌合并腹腔脏器转移,可以延长生存期,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical value of combined devisceratin and putting pump for chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methods 458 cases of various kinds of gastric cancer in the past 15 years were summaried. 421 cases had been operated, among them 17 cases with intra-abdominal metastasis were treated with devisceration and the pumps were placed into the abdominal cavities for chemotherapy after operation. Results Postoperative follow-up shown that the mean survival time was 2. 1 year and therapeutic effect was satisfied. Conclusion Combined devisceration and following chemotherapy through an inseted pump can prolong the survival time of the patients with advanced cancer and abdominal metastasis.
