中药外敷法治疗癌性疼痛50例疗效观察

Effect Observation of freeing pain from cancer with applying traditional Chinese herbs: A report of 50 cases

目的 探讨中药外敷治疗癌性疼痛的新方法。方法 治疗组50例采用中药雄黄、血竭、青黛、冰片、皮硝、明矾、生乳没、干蟾皮、仙鹤草等研细末调成糊状外敷肿瘤疼痛的局部或穴位上,10 d一疗程。对照组25例采用消炎痛25 mg每3欠口服或栓剂纳肛,10 d一疗程。结果 治疗组用药后平均15 min起效,持续镇痛时间3～6 h,轻度疼痛总有效率93.75％;中度疼痛总有效率84.21％;重度疼痛总有效率67％;生存质量提高。对照组服药后平均30 min起效,持续镇痛时间2～4 h,轻度疼痛总有效率78％;中度疼痛总有效率72.72％;重度疼痛总有效率40％。治疗组显明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药外敷法是治疗癌性疼痛的有效方法之一,具有方法简便,使用安全,疗效可靠,无耐受性,依赖性,无毒副作用,患者容易接受等优点。

Objective To explore a new method of freeing pain from cancer with applying Chinese -herbs. Methods Chinese-herbs that were grinded into powder and then mixed to paste were applied to affected parts or acupuncture point for 10 days in 50 cases. In the control group, 25 cases were treated with indomethac-inum 25 mg P. O. 3 times a day or suppository putting into anal canal for 10 days. Results Patients who were treated by Chinese-herbs came into effect after 15 minutes and lasted 3~6 hours. The effective rate was 93. 75% on the cases who had light pain; 84. 21% on the cases who had moderated pain; 67% on the cases who had serious pain. All cases' living quality was improved. In the control group, curative effect occurred after taking medicine 30 minutes and lasted 2-4 hours. The effective rate was 78% on the cases who had light pain; 72. 72% on the cases who had moderate pain; 40% on the cases who had serious pain. The effective rate in the treated group was obviously superior to that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of applying with Chinese - herbs is one of the effective ways for freeing pain from cancer, which is simple, safe and reliable without drug-resistant, addiction and toxic effects.
