苯海拉明与多虑平治疗氯氮平所致流涎的对照观察

Comparative observation of the effect of diphenlydramine and doxepin in treatment of salivation caused bv cloza-pine

目的 比较苯海拉明和多虑平治疗氯氮平引起的流涎的疗效。方法 随机将病人分为两组,分别使用苯海拉明(50～150 mg/d),多虑平(50～150 mg/d)。结果 两药治疗氯氮平所致的流涎有效率均为92％,且未见不良反应。结论 苯海拉明治疗氯氮平所致的流涎疗效与多虑平相似。

Objective To compare the effect of diphenlydramine and doxepin in treatment of salivation caused by clozapine. Methods One hundred patients with salivation caused by clozapine were treated with diphenlydramine(50-150mg/d) and doxepin(50-150mg/d) respectively. Results The effective rate of the two drugs was 92% repectively, and side-effect was not found. Conclusions The curative effect of diphenlydramine was the same as that of doxepin in treatmeat of salivation caused by clozapine.
