表面状态对镁合金点焊接头质量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 针对镁合金表面极易氧化这一特点 ,研究了镁合金点焊过程中不同清理方法得到的试件表面状态对接头质量及焊接缺陷的影响。结果表明 ,用 0 .1× 1 0 -3 的硫酸溶液浸泡 5min的试件和机械打磨的试件 ,点焊接头拉剪力高且稳定。焊件的表面状态不佳 ,会在焊接过程中导致飞溅、粘电极现象的发生 。 Effects of surface conditions cleaned with different methods on the spot welded joint of AZ31B were studied for that the magnesium alloy surface is easy to be oxidized. The results show that the tensile-shear loads of the joints cleaned by 0.1 × 10-3 H2SO4 for 5 min and ground mechanically are high and stable. Spatter and electrode sticking are initiated if the surfaces are covered with oxide film, and cracks in the nugget will occur because of impurity.
