摘要
反渗透系统在运行过程中存在化学污染问题 ,其中胶体污染和颗粒污染可以通过控制供水温度、投加阻垢分散剂方法控制。该项目研制了一种小分子有机膦型反渗透系统阻垢分散剂 ,可以有效地抑制反渗透系统结垢污染。经过阻垢、分散及工业应用实验结果表明 ,该剂阻垢分散效果达到国外同类药剂水平。
The reverse osmosis system is easy to pollute by chemicals in its operation.The pollution from colloid and particle can be inhibited by controlling the feeding water temperature and adding scale inhibitor. The subject develops a small molecule organophosphonic scale inhibitor which can effectively prevent the reverse osmosis system from scaling. The industrical experiment indicates that the quality of the scale inhibitor reaches those of the foreign scale inhibitors of the same kind.
