LF6Y2型铝合金曲板焊接角变形规律

摘要 采用动、静态的方法对不同板厚(δ=5,6mm)LF6Y2型铝合金曲板焊接角变形进行研究.利用自动TIG方法对二种类型板厚采用堆焊和开坡口形式进行焊接,其角变形都是由温差和失稳引起的.从而得出铝合金曲板焊接角变形的规律,确定出临界板厚. Dynamic and static methods were adopted to study welding angular distortion on cylindrical plates of LF6Y2 Aluminum alloys for different thickness as (δ=5,6 mm). Automatic TIG method was used to weld the two kinds of plate thickness by the ways of surfacing and groove, and the angular distortion resulted from inhomogeneous temperate distribution and lost-stability. Therefore laws of welding angular distortion on cylindrical plates of Aluminum alloys were obtained and critical thickness was determined.
