摘要
本文介绍了生产线末端分段加热控制系统的改造方法。该系统改造后降低了人工、设备维护等各种费用的同时,提高了工厂自动化水平和系统的可靠性,尤其在提高成品率上发挥很大的作用。
This paper introduces a method of the reconstruction of the sectional heating control system at the end of the product line. Such reconstructive system can decrease various charges of man powers and system maintenance. At the same time, automation level and system reliability have been enhanced, especially the rate of finished product have been advanced.
