摘要
本实验把牛骨形成蛋白(bBMP)与微孔钛种植体复合,植入狗的下颌前磨牙区,在种植后1、2、4、8、12、24周时处死,经光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及早期界面成骨量测定,结果证实骨形成蛋白复合的微孔钛种植体具有成骨早、成骨量大、骨成熟早的特点,加速了种植体-骨界面的骨融合,可缩短2次手术时间,有重要的临床应用价值。
This study investigated the use of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-poro stitanium composite implants. They were implanted bilaterally in the premolar region of mandible, of dogs. Animals were sacrified at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks. The samples were examined with light microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and the measurement of early new bone formation at the interface. Results showed that BMP-porous titaniumcomposite implants promoted earlier new bone formation and bone maturity, and BMP seemed to accelerate osseointegration at the interface and shorten the interval between two operations, It is therefore worth tlinical trials.
