Bachmann束冠状窦肌束对心房电生理特性和心房间电传导的影响

摘要 目的 比较阻断犬Bachmann束和冠状窦肌速心房肌不应期、心房激动模式的影响。方法 对 12只犬心房间Bachmann速和冠状窦肌束行射频消融 ,并对阻断前后心房间传导时间、心房不应期 ,以及P波时限进行测量对比。结果 心房不应期和频率适应性不随心房间传导通道的阻断而发生明显改变 ,可使心房间传导时间明显延长 (P <0 0 1) ,体表心电图P波间期延长 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 心房间传导通道阻断使心房激动模式改变 ,体表心电图P波间期延长可作为成功消融阻断的一个辅助判断标准。 Objective To observe the effects on effective refractory periods (ERP)of atria and excitation mode after blockage of Bachmann Bundle and coronary sinus fascicle in dogs.Methods The atrial effective refractory periods,P wave duration and the conductive times between atria were measured and compared before and after the blockage of the Bachmann Bundle and coronary sinus fascicle in 12 dogs.Results The atrial ERPs and their adaptability to heart rate did not change significantly,but the conductive times and p wave duration was prolonged significantly(P<0.01,orP<0.05)after blockage.Conclusion The atrial activation could be changed by the blockage of the connections of atria and the prolonged Pwave duration might be regarded as a surrogate to indicate successful blockage.
