环氧合酶-2在原发性肝细胞肝癌的表达与术后复发关系的研究

A STUDY OF RECURRCE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COX-2 EXPRESSION AND POSTOPERATIVE IN PRIMARY HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

目的 探讨环氧合酶 - 2 (COX - 2 )在原发性肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)组织中的表达与术后 2a复发率的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 4 3例HCC组织中的COX - 2进行检测 ,分析COX - 2的表达与 2a复发率的关系。结果 COX - 2在HCC组织及癌旁组织中的表达与正常肝组织有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,COX - 2的表达与 2a复发率呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 COX - 2在HCC组织的表达与 2a复发率呈显著正相关。

Objective To find the relationship between Cox-2(cyclooxygenase-2)expression and the postoperative recurrence in the hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Cox-2 was detected in 43 HCC specimens by immunohistochemical technique.Results Cox-2 expression there is statistic difference between carcinoma tissues or paracarcinoma tissues and postoperative normal liver tissues(P<0.05).Cox-2 expression and postoperative recurrence there is significantly postive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Cox-2 expression in the carcinoma tissue and postoperative recurrence there is significantly postive correlation .
