脑血管病引起的大脑脚萎缩 被引量:3

摘要 脑血管疾病累及大脑皮层运动区、放射冠或内囊后肢时,很快沿锥体通路发生退行性变,即Wallerian变性,引起中脑大脑脚和桥脑的萎缩.在头颅CT上可见病变同侧大脑脚的萎缩.现就脑血管病变的部位、病变的大小及性质、发病时间与Wallerian变性的关系进行分析如下:
