摘要 目的寻找易于操作并具有良好固定作用的内固定器械.方法使用记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗四肢各类管状骨骨折共26例,其中股骨干骨折9例,肱骨干骨折1例,尺骨骨折3例,尺挠骨骨折7例,胫腓骨骨折3例,掌骨骨折2例,桡骨骨折术后骨不连并内固定断裂1例.结果随访3~12月,平均6个月.1例肱骨干粉碎性骨折术后1月骨折端有多量的骨痂,但骨折端出现成角移位,其余患者均顺利愈合.结论环抱器治疗骨折手术操作简单,创伤小,有利于骨折愈合和减少固定后骨质疏松.是治疗管状骨骨折较有效的方法.但要注意环抱器与骨折处骨干的匹配,且骨折愈合后环抱器取出较为困难. Objectives To find one instrumentation with easy manipulation and good fixation for patients with fracture of extremities. Methods Twenty six patients with extremity fractures were fixated with Nickel and Titanium Memory alloy encircling implement since June 2001. There were nine cases with femoral shaft fractures,1 with humeral shaft factures,3 with ulnar fractures,7 with both radial and ulnar fractures,3 with both tibial and fibular fractures,2 with metacarpal fractures and 1 with un-union of radial fracture and broken instrumentation after operation among them. Results The patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months(average 6 months). All the fractures healed well except one case with comminuted humeral shaft fracture had angular displacement, but with a large amount bone callus around the fracture site. Conclusion The fractures treated with encircling implement has advantage of easy manipulation with little trauma for the patients, contributing to the fracture healing and less osteoporosis with fixation. However,attention must be paid to matching encircling implement with the bone shaft. It is difficulty to remove the encircling implement after bone healing.
