成人型肺母细胞瘤2例临床病理分析

Clinic-pathological feature and differential diagnosis for 2 cases of adult type pulmonary blastoma

目的 探讨成人型肺母细胞瘤的临床病理学特点及鉴别诊断。方法 对2例成人型肺母细胞瘤进行临床、病理组织学和免疫组织化学标记观察。结果 2例均为男性,21岁及40岁,左、右肺各1例。镜下均为双相型,以具有胚胎特征的上皮和间叶组织构成。免疫组织化学示:上皮成分表达CK等;间叶成分表达Vimentin等。结论 成人型肺母细胞瘤是一恶性度极高的肿瘤。诊断上应注意与肺的癌肉瘤、肺腺癌及儿童型肺母细胞瘤等鉴别。

Objective To investigate the clinic-pathological features of adult type pulmonary blastoma (PB) and make differential diagnosis from other pulmonary tumors. Methods The clinical data,pathological features and immunohistochemical findings in 2 cases of PB were observed with review of the literature. Results Both of 2 cases were males,aged 21 and 40 respectively. Histologically,2 cases were biphasic type,making up of epithelial and mesenchymal tissues with embryonal characteristics. Conclusion The adult type PB is a malignancy with very poor prognosis, and should be distinguished from children type PB、pulmonary adenocarcinoma and carci-nosarcoma.
