摘要
回顾了国外制作网络课件的发展情况 ,国际远程教育的出现及发展情况 ,以及中国在制作网络课件方面从1994年开始至今的研究情况及研究成果。阐述了构建网络课件在远程教育中的核心地位以及对各学科领域所起的巨大推动作用。文中还介绍了当前现代教育技术发展的热点问题以及相关著名学者的观点 ,讨论了今后制作网络课件及网络教学发展的方向。
The paper review the development of network courseware manufacture in abroad,the appearance and devel-opment of international distant education.The paper looks back the situation and achievement of network courseware manufacture study and research in China since1994.The paper expound network courseware construction is the nucleus in the distant education and the important factor to push the other course of study develop.The paper introduces the hot problem in modern education technology and the viewpoint of famous studier.The paper discusses the direction of network course-ware manufacture and network education development.
