摘要
基于农村科技数据共享的元数据标准是实现网络信息资源科学组织的重要标准之一。本文阐述了元数据的基本概念、元数据的类型、属性和特征 (姊妹篇上篇 ) ,规定了用于“农村科技数据共享平台”的元数据字典的结构和126个元数据 ,并探讨了元数据的互操作和元数据的应用技术 (姊妹篇下篇 )。“基于农村科技数据共享的元数据规范研究”与刊登在下一期的“基于农村科技数据共享的元数据应用研究”是姊妹篇。
The standard of metadata based on the share of rural science and technology data is one of the important stan-dards to implement effective management of network informa-tion source.In the paper,the metadata from basic conception,type and property were presented,the structure of metadata dictionary and126metadata in the share platform of rural sci-ence and technology data were prescribed,and transform be-tween metadata and the application technology of metadata were explored.
