百忧解治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of prozac for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的 评价百忧解对肠易激综合征 (ISB)的疗效 ,以供临床用药参考。方法 随机选取 65例伴有明显抑郁症状的IBS患者 ,3 4例治疗组对症治疗的同时给予百忧解 2 0mg ,每日清晨 1次顿服 ,共 8周 ,疗程结束后随诊 4～ 6个月。 3 1例对照组只采用对症治疗。结果 治疗组 3 4例中有效者 2 9例 ,有效率为 83 5 %。对照组有效者 19例 ,有效率为 61 3 %。两组之间差别极显著 (P<0 0 1)。结论 百忧解治疗伴有抑郁症状的IBS疗效显著 。

Objective To evaluate the eifficacy of the prozac for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Sixty_five patients with IBS and depression were randomly chosen.When they were given the symptom treatment,34 cases of treated group took Prozac 20 mg,qd.po.The period for the treatment was eight weeks,then they were followed up 4～6 months.31 cases of control group were only given the symptom treatment.Results The patients responded well were 29 cases among 34 cases (29/34,85 3%) in the treated patients and 19 cases among 31 cases (19/31,61 3%) in the control patients.The treated group achieved better results than the control group( P <0 01).Conclusion Appication of the Prozac is a remarkable effective method for treating IBS with depression.
