摘要
目的 : 观察某些表皮肿瘤中干扰素γ(IFN -γ)表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 : 应用原位杂交技术检测 4 8例皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (简称鳞癌 )、4 1例基底细胞癌 (简称基癌 )、15例角化棘皮瘤及10例脂溢性角化标本中IFN -γ表达。结果 : 鳞癌与基癌中IFN -γmRNA表达明显低于角化棘皮瘤及脂溢性角化 (P <0 .0 5 - 0 .0 1) ,但其在鳞癌与基癌、角化棘皮瘤与脂溢性角化中的表达差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。虽然IFN -γmRNA表达与鳞癌的淋巴结转移呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 .36 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但其表达与患者性别、年龄、病程、发病部位、原发 转移病灶、肿瘤分化程度及基癌侵袭性无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 : IFN -γ可能在抑制皮肤肿瘤的恶性转化中起重要作用。IFN -γ表达下调可能参与皮肤鳞癌的发生、发展及转移 。
Objective:To observe expression of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and to determine the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological characteristics in keratinocyte-derived tumors of the skin. Methods: IFN-γ expression was determined by in situ hybridization in 48 cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (SCC), 41 basal cell carcinomas (BCC), 15 keratoacanthomas (KA) and 10 seborrheic keratoses (SK).Results: IFN-γ mRNA expression in SCC and BCC was significantly less than that in KA and SK (P<0.05-0.01). However the difference between SCC and BCC, and between KA and SK did not have the statistical significance (P>0.05). Although IFN-γ mRNA expression in SCC was negatively correlated to lymph node metastasis (r=-0.361,P<0.05), it was not correlated with sex, age, course, tumor site,primary or metastatic focus, differentiation of tumors and their aggressiveness (P> 0.05). Conclusion: IFN-γ may play an important role in the inhibition of malignant transformation of skin tumors. Down-expression of IFN-γ could be implicated in the development, progression and metastasis of SCC, but it does not seem to be responsible for BCC aggressiveness.
