工业铝合金LD10的超塑性及应用

摘要 研究了工业铝合金LD10棒材的超塑预处理方法及超塑性变形特性,并进行了某农用车辆上刹车泵活塞的超塑性成形试验。结果表明,供应状态的LD10合金棒材经超塑预处理后,在380~480℃,初始应变速率4.17×10^(-4)s^(-1)~1.67×10^(-2)s^(-1)的范围内呈现出良好的超塑性能。在460℃下以8.33×10^(-3)s^(-1)的初始应变速率拉伸时得到材料的最大延伸率449%。将预处理的LD10合金棒材用于超塑性挤压成形,可一次成形出形状复杂的刹车泵活塞,与传统工艺相比具有明显的优越性。 The superplastic processing method of commercial 2014 aluminium alloy bar and its superplastic deformation behavior were studied in this paper, and a piston used in brake pump of a agriculture vehicle was experimentally produced by superplastic forming (SPF) method Superplastic elongations have been observed in tension testing at the initial strain rate range 4.17×10-4 s-1 to 1.67×10-2 s-1 between 380℃and 480℃ for the 2014 alloy bar which had been subjected to superplastic processing by the method developed in this papeR. The maximum elongation obtained was 449% when deformed at 460℃with the initial strain rate 8.33×10-3 s-1. Applying the processing condition. 2014 alloy bar to SPF, the brake pump piston of complex shape can be produced at one stroke of the press. In this case, the SPF method possesses evi-dent advantages compared to traditioaal method.
