济南钢铁集团总公司中板厂 5#加热炉采用了现代蓄热燃烧技术 ,燃烧控制采用了基于现场总线的分布式测控系统。本文介绍基于德国 ABB公司 Industrial IT控制系统为核心的分布式测控系统的硬件构成和软件功能 。
Modern regenerative combustion technology is adopted in No.5 reheating furnace in Medium Plate Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corp,combustion control is implemented by distributed measuring and control system based on field bus.This paper describes the hardware framework and software functions of the distributed measuring and control system with German ABB Industrial^(IT) control system as the core,with emphasis on discussion about realization of reheating loop control and switch control.
