阴茎折断的诊断和治疗(附10例报告)

The Diagnosis and Treattment of Facture of the Penis
摘要
目的 :提高阴茎折断诊治水平。方法 :回顾阴茎折断 10例 ,并结合文献对其发病机理、病理、诊断和治疗进行讨论。结果 :9例采用冠状沟近侧环行切口 ,1例采用纵行小切口行阴茎血肿清除加白膜修补术。随访 6月到 5年。1例阴茎有小硬结 ,9例阴茎无弯曲、硬结 ,性功能正常。结论 :阴茎折断手术疗效满意 。
