The Influence of Aging on Distortion-product Otoacoustic Emissions Amplitudes in Humans

摘要 目的 :探讨在不同年龄段的平常成人中畸变产物耳声发射幅值的变化。方法 :对 80例听力正常者(2 0~ 6 0岁 )分四个年龄段分别行畸变产物耳声发射幅值的测量。结果 :畸变产物的引出率 10 0 % ,对不同年龄段畸变产物幅值比较发现在高频区域 (2~ 6kHz)有显著的统计学差别。结论 Objective:To investigate the influence of aging on distortion-product otoacoustic emissions amplitudes in normal hearing adults.Method:The amplitudes of DPOAEs were measured in 80 ears,with normal hearing,through distortion-product audiograms.Result:DPOAEs were recorded in 100%,when compared to emissions among different ranges of age,there was significant difference in DPOAEs amplitudes in high frequency(2~6kHz).Conclusion:When clinical examination of distortion-product audiograms was performed,the factor of aging should be considered.
