宫颈环扎术后妊娠结局及相关因素分析

Analysis of the Influential Factors Related with the Pregnancy Outcome after Cervical Cerclage

目的 :了解宫颈机能不全的特点 ,探讨影响宫颈环扎术成功率的因素及防治措施。方法 :对 1998年11月～ 2 0 0 3年 9月在我院分娩的产妇进行了回顾性分析。结果 :宫颈机能不全患者 10例 (占分娩总数的6 6 7‰ ) ,手术成功率为 5 0 %。感染、手术孕周、妊娠合并症及并发症是其影响因素。结论 :监控潜在的感染 ,选择适宜的手术时机 ,及时治疗妊娠合并症及并发症 ,有利于提高宫颈环扎术成功率。

Objective:To detect the feature of cervical incompetence and discuss the influential factors after cervical cerclage,diagnosis and therapy.Methods:A retrospective review was conducted on patients who had cervical cerclage performed because of cervical incompetence in West China Second Hospital,Sichuan University from 1998 to 2003. Results:There were 10 patients of cervical incompetence(6.67‰ of parturition).Half of patients continued Deing pregnant and all of the babies were born alive.Infections,gestational age, pregnancy complications had effects on the outcome of pregnancy.Conclusions:Controlling potential infections,operating in time and treating the pregnancy complications would improve the successful rate of cervical cerclage.
