紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗78例晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效

Short Term Effect of Paclitaxel Combined DDP on Advanced Breast Cancer in 78 Cases

目的 :评价紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期乳腺癌的治疗作用。方法 :采用紫杉醇联合顺铂的联合方案 ,治疗晚期乳腺癌 78例 ,均为初治患者 ,均经细胞学或病理证实。结果 :本组完全缓解CR10 3% 8例 ,部分缓解PR5 3 8% 4 2例 ,(CR +PR)有效率 6 4 %。主要毒性为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论

Objective:To evaluate the effect of paclitaxel combined DDP on advanced breast cancer.Methods:Seventy-eight cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including paclitaxel and DDP the cardinal drug.All paients received no previous treatment.Results:The complete response was observed in 8 out of 78 patients.Partial response was observed in 42 out of 78 patients.The overall response rate was 64%.Side effects were mainly myelo-suppression and digestive tract reaction.Conclusion:paclitaxel combined DDP regimen is worthy of use in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
