利用模态技术及多自由度振动模型分析上海-50变速箱的动态响应

摘要 本文用脉冲锤法对上海-50变速箱的侧壁面进行了锤击试验,识别了其各模态参数。由此,将该侧壁离散简化成一个14自由度的振动系统,建立并求解了其振动方程组,并将求出的变速箱侧壁面各点振动速度值与实测的这些点的界面噪声值作了对比,证明趋势基本一致。最后,以此振动模型为理论依据,对变速箱壁面进行动态修改,取得了降低噪声1.4dB(A)的效果。 In this paper, a pulse hammer method was used to carry out the modal test on a side wall of a Shanghai-50 gear-box, by which the modal parameters were identified. Thus, the side wall was simplified as a vibration system with fourteen degrees of freedom. And the vibratioa equation set was established and solved according to single degree of freedom system under modal coordinates. The calculated values of vibration velocity at fourteen points on the side wall were compared with those measured interfacial noise levels and coincidence was found. Finally, the dynamic modification was taken on the side wall of the gearbox according to above vibration model. And the noise reduction value of 1.4 dB(A) was obtained.
