吸入液体气溶胶的沉积和转运

摘要 本文研究了液体气溶胶(MMI)=0.89μm σ_g=2.0)在豚鼠体内的沉积和转运.四组豚鼠分别暴露2、5、10和30min.测定结果表明:随暴露时间延长,呼吸系统及上消化道各部位沉积百分比逐渐下降;血、尿内浓度逐渐升高.暴露时间在10min之间时,总沉积及呼吸系统内沉积构成比变化不大. Deposition and tranport of inhaled aqueous aerosol (MMD=0.89μm,σg =2.0)in guinea pigs were studied,and four groups of guinea pigs were respectively exposed only-head to the aerosol for 2,5,10,and 30 minutes.The results indicated:with exposure time extending,the deposition in respiratory tracts and upper digestive tracts were gradually reduced,meanwhile the deposition in blood and urine were increaed.The constructive rate of deposition in guinea pigs varied insignificantly when exposure time was less than 10 minutes.
