儿童肾上腺皮质肿瘤的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Adrenocortical Tumor in Children

目的探讨儿童肾上腺皮质肿瘤的特点、诊治方法及预后。方法总结1975年～2001年间我院收治的3～13岁儿童肾上腺皮质肿瘤9例进行分析和讨论。结果肾上腺皮质腺瘤7例,皮质癌例,其中分泌型肿瘤5例,无分泌功能的肿瘤4例。结论肾上腺皮质腺瘤(ACA)与肾上腺皮质癌(ACT具有完全不同的预后。治疗应以外科手术为主,影响预后最主要的因素是早期诊断,早期治疗,肿瘤的病理类型及肿瘤是否彻底切除。
