摘要
为了改善轮式拖拉机乘坐舒适性,本文以ISO 2631中的总加权加速度均方根值作为目标函数,计算时采用的座位系统所受的激励是根据轮式拖拉机道路试验结果而简化出的,以适当的司机与拖拉机底板间的动、静相对位移为约束条件,设计出了普通座位的最优动态参数,并对部分计算结果进行了台架试验验证。
In order to improve ride comfort for the wheel-tractor driver, the objective function is formulated to minimize the root mean square value of the vertical response acceleration weighted with respect to human sensitivity (IS02631). The excitation signal to the seat system is obtained from the results of experiments on randomly profiled road. The optimum parameters of the passive seat suspension are designed under the conditions of the excitation and the reasonable constraint of the relative motion between the driver and the chassis. Some computed results are tested with the seat simulator stand.
