摘要
双风道贯流风机能向两处供风,具有流量系数大和风速分布均匀等特点,特别适合在高效率的联合收获机和清选机上采用。本文介绍了该风机的基本特性、工作原理和最佳结构参数的研究,对该风机的设计与使用具有较大的意义。
The structure parameters of a transversal blast fan with single wind-tunnel were studied through orthogonal tests and orthogonal rotation tests for multiple factors as well as tests for individual factors. The result was that the performance of the transversal blast fan tested is relatively good at β2=11° (β2 is the external tangential angle of a fan), which expanded the research area for the external tangential angle of fans. A model transversal blast fan with single wind-tunnel and the curves of its performance characteristics were developed.
