提高战士体质训练方案的研究 被引量:11

EFFCTS OF DIFFERENT TRAINING PROGRAMS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL FITNESS OF ARMY SOLDIERS

摘要 90名健康男性战士随机分为3组.A组按照目前部队实施方案进行常规训练,B组以受试者耐力时间试验的75~85%速度的强度进行长距离(5000m)跑训练和肌力训练,C组每周第一次的训练强度同B组,其余为大强度间歇性跑训练(全速跑400m,休息2min,重复6~8次)和肌力训练.每周训练3次,每次90min.经8周训练后,结果表明:(1)B、C方案能够明显使机体的去脂体重增加,并显著地提高战士的肌耐力和暴发力.C方案优于B方案.(2)B、C方案明显地改善了机体的心肺功能和有氧代谢能力.(3)三种方案比较,C方案较好,B方案次之,A方案较差. Ninety healthy male soldiers were randomly divided into three training groups:group A receiving the training program which is being performed in army troops(program A);group B receiving the one of 5000-meter run at 75~85% of enduranoe time of subjects and training of muscular strength (program B): group C perofrming the same protocal as group B at the first time of every week training,at the other time receiving the one of 400-meter run at full speed,which was repeated for 8 times,and training of muscular ftitness (program C).The tarining was performed for 90 minutes a day,3 days a week.After the 8-week training,the results are as folloows: 1. There are significant increases of lean body weight,muscular endurance and muscular explosive strength in both of groups B and C,as compared to group A,while the amplitude of increase in group C is larger than that in group B. 2. The significant improvements of cardiorespiratory fitness and areobic performance were found in both groups B and C,as compared to group A.Meanwhile the exercise abilities in both groups B and C are larger than that in group A.3.In these three training programs,program C is good;program B is fair and program A is poor.
