海洛因依赖者复吸原因及相关因素分析

Relapse reasons and related factors of Heroin addicts

目的 了解海洛因依赖者复吸原因及其相关因素。方法 方法:运用半结构性访谈问卷对83名男性海洛因依赖者进行访谈,了解复吸原因,并比较不同类型复吸原因者在首次吸毒年龄、持续吸毒年限、成瘾时间、快感减退时间、吸毒频率、毒品依赖程度、环境诱发渴求感、平均戒断时间、最长戒断时间之间的差异。结果 有23人(27.7％)从未有过戒毒经历、18人(21.7％)因为心瘾强烈而复吸、20人(24.1％)由于朋友引诱、10人(12.1％)为了消除烦恼、9人(10.8％)感到空虚无聊而复吸、其他原因有3人(3.6％);从未戒毒者的成瘾时间显著短于有戒毒史者;不同复吸原因的依赖者在毒品依赖程度、平均戒断时间以及最长戒断时间上差异显著。结论 复吸原因不同的海洛因依赖者具有不同的临床特征。

Objectives: To understand relapse reasons and related factors of Heroin addicts. Method: 83 Heroin addicts were interviewed by semi-structure questionnaire to find relapse reasons and their age of initial drug use, duration of drug use, latent period becoming addiction, time when the feeling of high decreasing, drug use frequency, drug dependence severity, cue-induced craving, average abstinent time and the longest abstinent time were compared. Results: 23 addicts (27. 7%) had never detoxification history, 18 addicts (21. 7%) relapse because of intensive craving, 20 (24. 1%) being allured by friends, 10 (12. 1%) dispelling annoyance, 9 (10. 8%) feeling fastidious, and 3 (3. 6%) because of other reasons j latent period becoming addiction of addicts never having detoxification history was significantly shorter than that of other addicts ; addicts who had different relapse reasons had significant difference between drug dependence severity, average abstinent time and the longest abstinent time. Conclusion: Heroin addicts who had different relapse reasons had different clinical features.
