摘要 目的 :Diprifusor/TCI用于全麻诱导对血糖、皮质醇和心率变异性的影响。方法 :3 2例全麻插管病人采用 Diprifusor/TCI系统分六步诱导给药 ,观察 HR、BP、Sp O2 、ECG、HRV,并于诱导前 (T0 )、意识消失时 (T1 )、插管时 (T2 )、插管后 1 min(T3)、3 m in(T4 )、5 min(T5)抽取静脉血检测血糖、皮质醇。结果 :HR、Sp O2 、DBP、血糖和皮质醇各时点与基础值 (T0 )无明显差异 ,HRV、SBP各时点明显低于基础值 (T0 ) (P<0 .0 5 ) ,HRV在插管前后无明显差异。结论 :Diprifusor/TCI用于全麻诱导插管时对机体的应激反应小 。
