慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型与细胞免疫功能关系的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Relationship on Differential Syndrome Diagnostication of Traditional Chinese Medicine Analyse and Immune Function of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 通过观察慢性乙型肝炎不同证型的ANAE、C3b等指标变化 ,说明不同证型间细胞免疫功能的内在联系。方法 RBC -C3b受体花环率、T淋巴细胞点状阳性率计数 ,采取慢性乙肝患者血液涂片染色后显微镜下观察计算 ,分析不同证型的免疫功能。结果 肝肾阴虚、瘀血阻络型组C3b较正常组为低 ,而肝郁脾虚组无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚、瘀血阻络组ANAE较正常人为低 (P<0 .0 1) ,而湿热中阻、肝郁脾虚组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。此外 ,对 80例患者的ANAE、C3b测试数据进行了一元线性回归 ,得回归方程 :X1=4 .385 + 0 .10 8X2 ,单相关系数r=0 .4 0 2 ,说明ANAE与C3b呈正相关。结论 慢性乙型肝炎患者存在细胞免疫功能降低 ,并且不同证型间存在内在联系。

Objective Explore the internal relationship of the cell immune function of the different syndrome by observing the targets change of ANAE?C 3b of the different syndrome of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The number countless of the C 3b ?ANAE take observation calculate under the microscope behand the blood smear dyeing of the chronic hepatitic B,and analysis the immune function of different sydrome.Results The RBC C 3b receptor rosette-forming rate of the Yin deficiency of liver and kidney?blood-stasis are lower than the normal group(P<0.01),but the depression of liver due to spleen has not change(P>0.05).The ANAE activity of the Yin deficiency of Liver and kidney group?Yang deficiency in the spleen and kidney group?blood-stasis group are lower than the normal group(P< 0.01), But gathering and brewing of dampness group?the depression of liver due to spleen group have not change(P>0.05).By the regression analysis of the number of ANAE?C 3b of 80 cases,it shows that ANAE is straight line bound up with C 3b .Conclusions The immune function reducing existed the chronic hepatitis B,the internal relationship existed the different syndrome of the chronic hepatitic B. 〔
