摘要
本实验采用营养调查与代谢实验相结合的研究方法,以雷达操纵员为代表进行实验,旨在查明部队在低照度作业时的每日膳食营养素供给量(RDA)。我们建议的RDA要求各种营养素的充分供给,特别是与暗适应密切相关的蛋白质、VA、核黄素、锌及硒。其目的是要加强士兵在特殊情况的适应力和增强工作能力。根据已取得的实验数据,我们建议低照度作业部队的RDA如下:热能2600~3000kcal、蛋白质100~110g、Vit A 1900μgRE(6400IU)、Vit B_1 2.0mg、Vit B_2 1.6mg,Vit pp 20mg、Vit C 100mg、钙800mg、铁15mg、锌20mg和硒60μg。
Some radar operators were investigated in different experimenmts in order to meet the nutrition needs for the soldiers working in low illumination conditions. The combination of dietary survey and metabolic experiments were employed. We suggest the RDA characterized by sufficient nutrient supply, especially protein, vit A, riboflavin, Zn and Se, which are closely related to the function of dark adaptation, i. e. energy 2600~3000kcal, protein 100~110g, Vit. A 1900μg RE (6400IU), Vit. B1 2.0mg, Vit. B2 1.6 mg, Vit PP 20mg, Vit, C 100mg, Ca 800mg, Fe 15mg, Zn 20mg and Se 60μg. The purpose of this suggestion is to enhance the adaptation for the soldiers working in special conditions and increase work performance.
