摘要
本文采用火焰原子吸收法测定了120具3~10月胎尸内分泌腺内铁和锰的含量.结果三种腺体每克湿重铁和锰的含量都随胎龄的增大而减少,经检验差异均非常显著(P<0.01).铁在5~8个月含量为甲状腺>胸腺>肾上腺;9~10个月为甲状腺>肾上腺>胸腺;3~4个月为胸腺>甲状腺>肾上腺;锰在7~10个月为甲状腺>肾上腺>胸腺;3~6个月含量为甲状腺>胸腺>肾上腺.经检验,差异均非常显著(P<0.01).
By means of flame atomic absorption,the amount of ferrum and manganese were determined in the thyroid gland,thymus and suprarenal gland of 120 normal dead fetus of 3~10 months.The result showed that the amount of ferrum and manganese in these glands by wet weight per gram decreased with the development of the embryo.There were striking differences of the amount of ferrum and manganese in these glands at different stages of the devolopment of the embryo (P<0.01).
