大鼠隔区AChE阳性神经元向海马的投射 被引量:1

PROJECTIONS TO THE HIPPOCAMPUS FROM ACHE-POSITIVE NEURONS IN THE RAT SEPTAL AREA

摘要 本文用改良AChE组化法和Nissl法研究了切断大鼠-侧伞-穹窿后的隔区和海马内的细胞之胞体和纤维的形态改变.结果显示:术后第5天,在Nissl染色切片上术侧隔区细胞肿胀、皱缩,或染质溶解,或胶质增生,或细胞数减少.AChE染色显示术侧隔区AChE阳性细胞增大、或皱缩或数减少.术侧海马区AChE阳性纤维明显减少.第10天和第15天,上述变化进一步加剧.本实验证实隔区AChE阳性神经元大部分发支经伞-穹窿投射至海马. Complete unilateral fimbria-fornix transections were made on the rat.The morphological response of neurons and fibers in the septal area and hippocampus was examined by using AChE-histochemical and thionin stains.The results showed as follows:On the fifth day after operation,some septal neurons in Nissl section are edematous,shrunk,chromatolytic or reduced in number and the proliferations of neuroglia are found.AChE-positive neurons in AChE section are enlarged,shrunk,or reduced in number,AChE-positive fibers are significantly reduced in the hippocampus on the lesioned side.On the 10th and 15th day,the changes of AChE-positive neurons are further dominant.The present study confirms that most of the septal AChE-positive neurons project to the hippocampus by way of fimbria-fornix.
