含P物质神经纤维在大鼠皮肤、骨骼肌及小肠中分布的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 用PAP法,初步研究含P物质(SP)神经纤维在大鼠皮肤、骨骼肌及小肠中分布情况,结果为含SP的肽能神经纤维在皮肤及皮下组织中广泛分布.真皮乳头、毛囊和毛乳头等都有SP肽能神经纤维、常沿血管分布.SP肽能神经纤维在骨骼肌中较少,常沿肌间隙分布,有的分布至肌膜.SP肽能神经纤维在小肠分布很丰富,在肠壁各层组成相当复杂的网络.肠绒毛中还有许多含SP的细胞. Using PAP method,we made a preliminary research on distribution of SP-containing nerve in the skin,skeletal muscle and small intestines.The results showed as follows:The SP-containing nerve fibers were seen to exist extensively in the dermis and hypodermis.Besides,SP immunoreactive fibers could also be found in hair follicles and the relative sebaceous glands.The SP-containing nerve fibers were seen around the blood vessels,but relatively few were found in skeletal muscle were comparatively low.The fibers usually innervate between the muscles.The SP-containing nerve fibers exist abundantly in the small intestines,forming very complicated networks in different layers of the small intestinal walls.The SP-containing cells were seen to exist abundantly in the intestinal tissue.
