摘要
应用显微外科解剖学方法,观察了半膜肌的血管来源及分布特点,动脉的入肌点主要集中于半膜肌肌腹的上2/5～3/5区,入肌动脉主要来自第一穿动脉和第二穿动脉;在入肌点处动脉外径1.2mm以上.应用肌组织切片光镜观察和肌血管铸型扫描电镜观察的方法详细揭示了半膜肌的微血管的立体构筑特点,为半膜肌移植术提供了形态学依据.
The origin of blood vessels and distributing features of the semimembranous muscle were observed by means of microsurgical anatomy.The supply arteries,coming from the first and the second perforating arteries,penetrate the muscle mainly through the upper 2/5～3/5 segments of the muscular belly.The arteries are over 1.2mm in diameter at the entering points.Three dimensional features of microvascular vessels in the semimembranous muscle were also studied under light and scanning electron microscopes.The morphological data were obtained for semimembranous muscle transplantation.
