摘要
用HRP逆行标记方法显示大鼠坐骨神经外膜缝合后4周或9周的再生轴突胞体.光、电镜观察后,结果表明:1.躯体定位关系恢复胞体明显减少,躯体定位关系异常胞体增多,小运动神经元胞体所占比例减少.2.再生4周时修复侧各类胞体数量约达再生9周时的75%.3.再生运动轴突胞体和再生感觉轴突胞体占对照侧数量的百分率相近.4.躯体定位关系恢复胞体的超微结构可逐渐恢复正常,而躯体定位关系异常胞体即使再生9周时仍未恢复正常.
The adult rat was undergone unilateral epineurial suture of the sciatic nerve.HRP was used to show the soma of regenerative axon after the rat was allowed to survive for 4 or 9 weeks.The labeled somas were observed under the light or the electron microscope.The results suggest:(1) The number of somototopy-restorative somas in the repaired side is less than the number of the labeled somas in the control side,a lot of somototopy-abnormal somas appear in the repaired side,and the proportion of small motoneuron somas in the repaired side is also less than that in the control side.(2) The number of the varied somas in the 4-week group is about 75% of that in the 9-week group.(3) The percentage of the number of the somas of regenerative motor axon to the number of the labeled somas in the control side of spinal cord is nearly equal to that of the somas of regenerative sensory axon to the labeled somas in the control side of dorsal root ganglion.(4) Ultrastructure in the somototopy-restorative soma is partly restored to normal in the 4-week group and completely restored to normal in the 9-week group.But the somatotopy-abnormal soma is not still restored to normal in the 9-week group.
