小儿主动脉的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE AORTA IN CHILDREN

为了积累小儿主动脉的形态学资料并探讨其生长发育的规律性,本文采用从初生到身长为150cm的童尸180例,分为六个身长组,观察了小儿主动脉各部与脊柱椎骨平面的关系,测量了小儿主动脉的长度和外径以及讨论了二者与身长间的关系,并初步得出以身长推算小儿主动脉长度和外径的直线回归方程.

The length and diameter of the aorta were measured in 180 children's corpses with the body length from 50 to 150cm.The relationship between different parts of the aorta and corresponding vertebral planes was studied as well.The results of this study were as follows:1)There was a positive correlation between the growth of the length of the whole or part of the aorta and the increase of the body length,but the growth rate of the aorta showed down gradually from group Ⅰ to group Ⅵ. 2)The growth rates of different parts were not proportionated.The abdominal and thoracic parts of the aorta grew more rapidly than the ascending part and the arch of the aorta. 3)As compared with the growth rate of body length,the growth rate of the diameters of different parts of the aorta was smaller gradually from group Ⅰ to group Ⅵ. 4)Thus,the liner regression equations were established to estimate the length of the aorta by body lenth in Chinese children.
