家兔和猫眼眶周围躯体感觉神经的追踪

TRACING OF SOMATOSENSORY NERVES OF RABBITS AND CATS ORBITAL PARTS

本文用家兔和猫对人的眼针穴区作模拟研究,以结合辣根过氧化物酶注射法,追踪眼周穴区躯体感觉神经细胞体在三叉神经节内的分布和其越节纤维向脊束核的投射部位.发现眼裂上和眼裂下各穴区的感觉神经胞体在三叉神经节内有特定的集中部位,其中枢支在三叉神经脊束核有特定的投射部位,而且由外向内排列的各穴区,其各自的感觉神经中枢支在脊束核内也有明显的投射规律.

An imitative experiment was carried out on rabbits and cats to explore the ophthalmic acupuncture points for human beings.By HRP injection,the distribution of the somatosensory nerves of the acupuncture points around the eyes was traced in the trigeminal ganglion.The projecting regions for the fibers through ganglions were also traced in the nucleus of spinal tract.It was discovered that there were specific distribution regions in the trigeminal ganglion for the somatosensory nerves and specific projecting regions of the central rami of the trigeminal ganglion in the nucleus of trigeminal spinal tract.In addition,the central rami of the sensory nerves of the acupuncture points arranging from outside to inside projected to the nucleus of spinal tract with obvious regularity.
