摘要 用扫描电镜对幼兔、成兔和成人输卵管粘膜上皮进行了比较研究.人输卵管上皮的纤毛长于兔的纤毛,成兔的纤毛长于幼兔.整个纤毛细胞表面纤毛的存在方式有三种:匍匐型、直立型、混合型.人无纤毛细胞的微绒毛较兔的多而长,幼兔的微绒毛少而短.纤毛细胞、无纤毛细胞的分布不均,壶腹部、漏斗部和伞部皱襞中上部分布有大量的纤毛细胞、其余如子宫部则主要是无纤毛细胞.对上皮细胞的分泌方式、纤毛减少的机制进行了讨论. The surface structure of human and ribbit oviductal epithelia was studied comparatively under SEM.The cilia of human oviductal epithelia were longer than those of rabbit oviductal epithelia and the cilia of adult rabbits were longer then those of young ones.Three kinds of cilia were found on the surface of ciliated cells:repent,erect and mixed.The microvilli of non-ciliated cells were numerous and long in human beings,but they were sparse and short in young rabbits.The ciliated cells and non-ciliated cells were found to be not evenly distributed.Numerous ciliated cells were located in the middle and upper part of ampulla,infundibulum and fimbriae tubae,while non-ciliated were mainly located in the other parts,such as uterus.The secretory patterns of epithelial cells and mechanism for the decrease of cilia were also discussed in this paper.
