摘要
用原子吸收分光光度仪测定了30例4~10个月胎儿心脏和主动脉组织中的锌、铜、锰、钼四种微量元素的含量.结果表明:心肌组织中的元素含量依次为锌、铜、锰、钼;主动脉组织中的含量依次为锌、锰、铜、钼.在胚胎期,各元素含量有各自的变化曲线.锌与另外三种元素的总体含量有显著性差异(P<0.01).铜、锰、钼之间则无显著性差异.
The contents of zinc,copper,manganese and molybdenum in thirty fetal hearts and aortae aged 4~10 months were determined with Z-8000 Polarized Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.The results showed that the sequence of their contents from high to low were zinc,copper,manganese and molybdenum in myocardium,and zinc,manganese,copper and molybdenum in aorta.The changes of the contents during fetal growth showed different curves.The content of zinc in both heart and aorta was significantly greater than that of the other three elements (P<0.01).
