房室瓣骑跨的形态分析

MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF OVERRIDING AND STRADDLING ATRIOVENTRICULAR VALVES

对10例先天性畸形心脏的房室瓣骑跨进行形态分析,其中7例为三尖瓣骑跨,2例为二尖瓣骑跨和1例为两侧房室瓣骑跨,9例属完全性骑跨和1例属不完全性骑跨.除去瓣骑跨外,房室瓣还伴有瓣裂、降落伞形、囊状副瓣、异位乳头肌和异位腱索等畸形.

This paper was an anatomic study of 10 hearts with straddling A-V valve and/or tension apparatus,7 with straddling tricuspid valve,2 with straddling mitral valve and 1 with straddling of both A-V valves.9 cases were of complete formed straddling and 1 case of incomplete formed straddling.In addition to the overriding and/or straddling,the A-V valves of our cases were complicated with such malformations as the valve cleft,parachute mitral valve,accessory flaplike tissue of A-V valve,malposition of papillary muscle and anomalus chordal fixation.
