摘要
本文运用有限元与试验模态分析法对上海-50拖拉机变速箱箱体进行模态分析。在有限元与试验模态分析结果对比方面,建立了频率特性对比的新方法。为有效地改善该箱体的动态特性,进行了箱体局部振动固有振型的修改,提出了箱体结构修改的初步建议。
An experimental modal analysis test of Shanghai-50 tractor transmission case is performed to obtain the modal parameters. Meanwhile, finite element modal is developed and used for the solution of the dynamical eigenvalue problem. A new method is advanced for comparing the natural frequencies by the author. Also, the structural dynamic modifications are carried out on the case.
