大鼠隔核中肽能神经元的分布与形态测量

DISTRIBUTION AND MORPHOMETRY OF PEPTIDERGIC NEURONS IN THE SEPTAL.NECLEUS OF RAT

用免疫组织化学方法研究了大鼠隔核各亚核中降钙素基因相关肽,血管活性肠肽,生长抑素,神经降压肽,促皮质释放因子,P物质,亮氨酸-脑腓肽,黄体生成素释放因子,甘丙肽,胆囊收缩素,促甲状腺素释放因子,甲硫氨酸-脑腓肽,等12种肽能神经元的分布,并用图象分析仪对肽能神经元的面积,周长,最大径,最小径和灰度进行了测量.肽能神经元主要分布在外侧隔核中间部,内侧隔核;而隔伞核及三角隔核中较少.图象分析仪测量表明隔核中肽能神经元的面积,周长,最大径,最小径和灰度各不相同,有显著的统计学差别.

Using immunohistochemical technique,we studied the distribution of 12 kinds of peptidergic neurons,such as calcitonin-gene-related-peptide (CGRP),vasoactive-intestinal-peptide (VIP),somatostatin (SOM),neurotensin (NT),corticotropin releasing factor (CRF),substance p (SP),leucine-enkephalin (L-ENK),luteinizing hormone-releasing factor (LHRF),glycine-alanine (GAL),cholecystokinin (CCK),thyrotropin releasing factor (TRF),methioning-enkephalin (M-ENK),in the subnucleus of septal nucleus of the rat,and measured the area,perimeter,maximum diameter,minimum diameter,grey level of peptidergic neurons bymeans of image analyzer.Peptidergic neurons were mainly located in the intermediate part of the lateral septal mucleus.There were less peptidergic neurons in the medical septal nucleus,septofimbrial nucleus and triangular septal nucleus.The measurements show that the areas,perimeters,maximum diameters,minimum diameters and grey levels of these peptidergic neurons were different,and of significant difference in statistics.
