摘要
树脂铸型扫描电镜法研究了4例成人肱二头肌微循环血管的三维结构,着重分析了其结构-功能单位:(1)基本单位,是指横微动脉和其两侧的横微静脉之间的微循环血管结构,长约900～1200μm;(2)集合单位,约由20～40个基本单位组成,是以肌内中央微动脉为中轴,其分支为分布范围的微循环单位,每支中央动脉沿途分出若干横微动脉,每支横微动脉又分出若干终末微动脉.(3)肌内微动脉存在广泛的吻合、构成微动脉网络.(4)肱二头肌毛细血管直径平均4.73±0.72μm,可区分为粗、中、细三类.分别占42.14%,38.93%和18.93%.(5)微动脉铸型表面可见梭形内皮细胞核压迹。
The tridimensional structures of microvasculatures of human biceps in four cases were studied with resinreplicascanning electron microscopy.There were two microcirculatory units in the muscle.The basic unit consisted of transverse arteriole,transverse venule and capillaries.The collective unit consisted of 20～40 basic units in a larger range,which were distributed by a central arteriole,A lot of anastomoses of arterioles were found in the muscle.The capillaries might be divided into the thicker,medial and tinner ones (42.14%,35.93% and 18.93% respectively).The fusiform impressions in the endothelial nucleus of cells were seen on the surface of the arteriole,and the round impressions on the surface of the venule.
