摘要
本文用光弹贴片法对空间框架焊接结构接头处应力集中系数进行了定量的研究。在测试中,采用适合于多拐角曲面的非对称定点斜射法来分离主应变并根据研究对象的特点,对该方法进行了改进,使之更简便适用;在采用光测法的同时,还对同样试件进行了电测法及有限元法测量和计算,以便对光测结果进行比较。
The coefficient of stress concentration at welding joints in three-dimensional frame is quantitatively studied and analysed. The unsymmetrical oblique-incidence technique suitable to the curved surface with multi-curvature is adopted to separate principal strains during the measurements; according to the characteristic of the object researched, the technique is improved to be simplified and applicable. The electrical-resistance strain gages and the finite element method are used to check the results achieved by the photoelastic one.
