摘要
文章简述了在粉料烘干中使用的各种气流烘干机,对各自的流程特性和性能特点进行了分析。设计制造了一种流程新颖,结构合理实用,正负压结合的两级气流烘干机。该机已获国家专利,并已推广使用。文章以淀粉为例,对该机进行了性能试验研究。结果表明:采用正负压结合两级气流烘干、比普通气流烘干能节省热能20~30%,单位能耗指标达到较先进水平,其它指标也令人满意。
This paper summarizes the application of different air flow driers for powdered materials, and the respective technological processes and characteristics.The author developed a two-stage air flow drier with new technological process, rational and practical construction, and with combination of air flow of positive and negative pressure. This drier was national patented and had been put into application.The author takes the starch as an example, put this drier into functional experiments. The result indicates that, the application of two-stage air flow drying with the combination of air flow of positive and negative pressure, saves the heat energy by 20-30% as compared with the ordinary air flow drier. The index of unit energy consumption attained the advanced levels, and other indexes also satisfactory.
