摘要
将逐稿器的分离率计算公式应用于切流式谷物脱粒装置凹板的分离率计算时,将产生较大的误差。本文提出了一种新的脱粒装置凹板分离率的数学模型,并将其与原模型及实验数据进行了分析比较。结果说明,新模型较原模型有了较大的改进,并与实验数据吻合得较好。利用本模型可以得到喂入轮的脱粒率对脱粒装置凹板的脱粒率及分离率的影响。另外,作者还对提高凹板的分离能力作了实验研究。
If the separating rate equation of straw walker is direct applied to calculating the separating rate of tangential threshing unit, a considerable error would be met in the results. This paper presents a new mathematical model for calculating the separating rate of the concave in grain threshing unit. Analysis and comparision have been made with prior model and experimental data. The result shows that the new model is considerably improved, and better coincides with experimental data. The influence of the threshing rate of the feed beater on the separating rate of the concave can be calculated by using this model. Further research has been made by the author to improve the separating capacity of the concave through experiments.
