摘要
应用传质传热理论,建立了绿茶揉捻叶烘干机干燥工序的叶温-含水率模型。对6CH-20A型茶叶烘干机在不同干燥条件(进叶厚3~4cm,进风温91~116℃,转速2.0~5.1r/min)下出叶含水率的模型预测值与实测值之间的差异均值为2.43%(w.b.)。
Based on heat and mass. transfers theory, a Leaf Temperature-Moisture Coatent Model has been presented in this paper to describe the drying process for rolled tea leaves. The average difference between the predicted and expe rimental moisture contents of output-leaves is 2.43% (w. b. ) for rolled tea leaves in primary drying process in 6CH-20A dryer with various conditions (leaf layer thickness: 3-4cm, hot air temperature: 91-116℃, rotary speed: 2.0-5.1r/min).
